Marc D'Agusto is an "artist who recently joined the Newark art community, Marc draws inspiration for his painting and sculpting from a collection of thoughts and spiritual inklings. He explores themes of creation, destruction and renewal in his art, expressing them through unique layering techniques where he simultaneously builds, peels and scrapes at his work. He seeks to highlight the foundations upon which our world is built, allowing his audience to think beyond the veneers they see each day into the substructures that sustain us.
